Ibrahim Leadership Fellowship American Scholarship University


The American Scholarship University Foundation works to:
-Stimulate debate on good governance;
-Provide the criteria that citizens and governments to measure progress;
-Recognize achievement in African leadership and provide practical ways in which leaders can build a positive legacy on the continent when they have left office;
-Support for future leaders of the African continent.
Eligibilty
American Scholarship University Criteria:
-Fellowship is for the professional women and young men, mid-career and executive as the nationals of member countries of ECA, which is located anywhere in the world and are under the age of forty (40) years. However, consideration will be given a female under the age of Forty-Five (45) years with the children.
-The Fellow must have at least 8 years relevant work experience and be able to demonstrate competency in professionalism, teamwork, client orientation, planning and organization and leadership potential.http://www.callforpapersinfo.com

-Fellow must hold a Masters degree in Economics, Social Sciences, International Development, Business Administration, Law, Finance, Engineering, Banking or discipline relevant to the work UNECA.
-English and French are the working language of the UN Secretariat. For this, fluency in spoken and written English or French is required. Working knowledge of others is a benefit.
-Sound knowledge of Internet and basic software for word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations required.
